Apps removed while refreshing your pc windows 10

I have a Power BI report that sources from an Excel file on my laptop.If the problem is an specific user that wants to have a report opened all the time, you can suggest the windows 10 Power Bi App (not desktop). Note : For Power BI Free license, Daily refresh limit is set to 8 refreshes per day. I've tried from the Queries and Connections icon beside each Query, also Right Click on each Query, and also the refresh option in Query Tools and Table Tools.
